For more than 37 years, Environmental Tree Service has grown alongside the community of Malibu, California, learning the land one property at a time. What started as a small local crew has become one of the area's most trusted names in tree care, but our approach has never changed: show up, do the work right, and treat every yard like it belongs to our own family. If you want a team with real local history behind every recommendation, call us today at (310) 456-5969.

Our Solution: Local Knowledge, Real Credentials

Environmental Tree Service solves that problem by being exactly what a hillside community needs: a permanent, local, accountable team. Every member of our crew is trained in modern arboriculture practices, and our company carries the licensing and insurance coverage California requires for tree work. We have watched Malibu's climate shift through wet years and severe droughts, and we have adjusted our pruning, fertilization, and removal practices accordingly. That is expertise you cannot get from a company that just drove in from out of town for the day.

Our Experience

Since our founding, our crews have handled everything from routine trimming on quiet residential streets to major storm cleanup along Pacific Coast Highway. We have seen which species thrive in Malibu's soil and salt air and which ones consistently become liabilities as they age.

Our Commitment to Safety

We follow strict safety protocols on every job, from canyon-lot removals to work near power lines, because the terrain here does not forgive mistakes.

Our Reputation

Most of our clients come to us through word of mouth. Neighbors see our work, ask who did it, and call us next. That trust, built over 37 years, is our most valuable asset.

Why Trust Environmental Tree Service

We believe good tree care is part science and part relationship. Our arborists explain what they see on your property in plain language, give honest recommendations even when the answer is "this tree is fine," and stand behind every job we complete. We are proud to be a fixture of the Malibu community, not just a vendor passing through.
